Chancellor, Martian Galactic University

The eminent Chancellor is well-renowned for his seminal work “Exteriores Spatium Nullius: Postcolonialism Beyond Interplanetary Empires” (2048), which shifted the paradigm in disciplines across anthropology, political philosophy and astrobiology.

Before joining the Council, the Chancellor was already active in advocacy work, serving on the boards of various Inter-Planetary Organisations, and advising the Committee for Public Policy and the Subaltern.

The charismatic and socially progressive leadership of the Chancellor has won not only the support of the academic community, but also the artistic and even religious communities in the Federated States of Mars.

Projects: As Chancellor, you may establish think tanks to gather the greatest minds on Mars to develop innovative solutions and comprehensive plans that may buttress against the effects of impending crises.
